Ghost Radar; Does it Work?

Just recently, I had downloaded an app called Ghost Radar. It is pretty intriguing. Since I got it, I got a bunch of words that make no sense, and aren't related. As for the radar however...I am dumbfounded. I used the feature in total silent and with all devices off in an area of at least 150 square feet. I got various colors show. In fact, there would even appear to be multiple dots. Does anyone know what area of the radar is? BTW, I had no vibrating components in the house, nor any devices on. I am currently above the basement, which is pretty interesting when you think about it. There was nothing in there, no devices. Let the fun begin!
