The Plot To Take Over American Soil

It's early spring of the year 2023. A war's a brewing. There are two forces. trying to take over America; one from the east, the other from the west. The forces are both bitter rivals of each other. Except that...there's a problem. First, they have to get across the American continent, and on their way have to deal with the US Army. The Russians enter from the west, while the East coast sees the invasion of Vietnamese. The Russians have been forced to flee into the countryside before, from the war with southeast Asia. The Vietnamese refugees, or soldiers, had to face many years without much food or water. As a result, they obtained the ability to obtain, on average, at least one third energy from food. In comparison, the Americans only obtained a fourth of energy that was available in food. This made the Vietnamese efficient in storing energy. Their skills in training differed from that of the Russians, who trained for strength. The Vietnamese trained for endurance. The Americans, on the other hand, trained for each. They were not quite as strong as the russians (on average), yet not having quite as much stamina as the Vietnamese, some of which have trained at high altitudes. Yet there's an elite force of Russians who have trained extensively for prolonged periods of time in the rugged environment of the Himalayas. Still, once entering the west coast of Canada, these forces would eventually experience unusually high red blood counts, causing them to be less sufficient. The Russians were very acclimatized to cold conditions. The Americans were a mix of various people, and the Vietnamese were known to be able to endure extreme high temps, as well as engage in warfare in dense tropical jungle. The Vietnamese were far more numbered than the Americans, yet they were not as large, and had weapons that were somewhat average. Most Americans also had average weapons. However, there was still a large part of the Americans who had weapon tech beyond the times of the world. One third of them had weapons estimated to be at least 5 years ahead of their time, while about one fourth of the US Army obtained weapons that were 10 years ahead of their time. Still, there were American soldiers who had weapons 15 years "into the future", or better than modern. And this would play a role in WW3, when the Americans would find themselves outnumbered by the Vietnamese, 6 to 1. The Americans with the best tech had developed advanced laser systems, as well as rail guns mounted underground. They even had radiation emitters. In comparison, the Vietnamese all had the kinds of weapons typical of the US Army, such as AR 15's, grenade launchers, etc.
