My Professor's "Secret"

One of these days my Professor's spilled one of his best kept secrets. First of all, however, here is the story that goes with it. He's native american. And as such, he has been allowed to attend college free. Although this may be fair for all of us in general, there is a "fine print" to this. First of all, this privilege was initially only meant to be created for those of us who were native to the local area. And he came all of the way from ND just because he didn't want to live there, despite the fact that that's where his whole family resides. And the americans, unfortunately, were unable to prove who was from the local tribes people and who was not. So, my professor got the opportunity himself. And then the problems began for him. He became married and his wife is not native to Americans. So, his daughter is now jealous because he has received that privilege. And she has gotten to writing about an "unusual" atmosphere at her home, claiming that the family is not respective. So yeah, a native speaker as a professor, then you have the Vietnam folks. I do not know how they are becoming so smart. They seem to be overwhelming me in terms of knowledge with technical computer design. However, as I have evidenced, I know you would like to participate, although I have been trying to answer this riddle as well.
